Q: I’m a small, startup brand. Will F irst Choice work wi th me?

A: Of course. We offer both small- and large-scale plans to fit a client’s requirements. We have worked with many brands during “incubation” all the way through to category leadership. We provide expert support—as little or as much as needed.

A: First Choice has been a key player in the category since our beginnings in 1987. Over the years, the company has expanded from a regional platform to full-service coverage across the United States and beyond. Collectively, the First Choice team has over 300 years of experience and expertise in the hair and skin care categories.

Q: What distributors does First Choice work with?

A: We work with every distribution point across the hair/skin care category: from OTC (over-the-counter) beauty supply distributors to retailers—both mass and dollar channel, food/grocery, drug, and wholesale. We have extensive relationships with every type of distributor—from the corner beauty supply store to the largest retailer. We consider these relationships an invaluable asset in our portfolio.

Q: What impact does First Choice have on the community?

A: First Choice gives to many charitable organizations annually. We are proud to support causes that foster educational excellence, leadership qualities, and social/economic empowerment. In addition, our employees give back to their communities through various programs, fund-raising efforts and volunteer service.
